Our Journey

Mnagazna Adventures is a family run business based in the beautiful Pondoland village of Madakeni, on the Wildcoast of South Africa.

In early 2024, we decided to move away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town to a more rural and self-sustainable lifestyle. We immediately fell in love with the raw beauty and people of Pondoland and decided to embrace the rural village life.

We took over Mngazana Adventures, as a dormant business with loads of potential, to introduce much needed eco-tourism into the Pondoland area. The Pondoland Wildcoast Trail was born and is our flagship hiking trail, covering almost 70km of breathtaking coastline.

As co-owner and founder of Cape Adventure Zone, we are able to leverage on our experience to bring much needed eco-tourism to the Pondoland people. Our dream is to support sustainable economic growth through eco-tourism and to create environmental awareness that will protect this magical and fragile coastline for generations to come.
