Booking Terms and Conditions

We’re excited to take you on an unforgettable Wild Coast experience! To ensure smooth planning and a safe, enjoyable adventure, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Payment • All activities must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or directly with us. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the activity start time are non-refundable. • In the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. 3. Weather Policy • Activities are weather-dependent. Your safety is our priority. • We closely monitor local conditions and will contact you as early as possible if we anticipate a need to reschedule. 4. Safety & Participation • All participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times. • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, please inform us at the time of booking. • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn where applicable (e.g. kayaking, boat tours). 5. Children & Family Activities • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. • Some activities may not be suitable for young children; please enquire when booking. 6. Liability • While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in outdoor activities is at your own risk. • Mngazana Adventures and its guides are not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained during activities.
