Booking Terms and Conditions

We’re excited to take you on an unforgettable Wild Coast experience! To ensure smooth planning and a safe, enjoyable hike, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Payment • All hikes must be booked at least 21 days in advance, subject to availability. • A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. • Full amount is due at least 14 days in advance. • Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or directly with us. • Mngazana Adventures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a hike, in which case we will offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled hike will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 21 – 14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. • No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the hike start time are non-refundable. • In the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. 3. Weather Policy • Hikes are weather-dependent. Your safety is our priority. • We closely monitor local conditions and will contact you as early as possible if we anticipate a need to reschedule. 4. Safety & Participation • All participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times. • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, please inform us at the time of booking. 5. Children & Family Hikes • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. • Some hikes may not be suitable for young children; please enquire when booking. 6. Liability • While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in outdoor hikes is at your own risk. • Mngazana Adventures and its guides are not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained during hikes. • Please ensure you have suitable medical aid and insurance to cover helicopter evacuation in case of an emergency.
